Descriptif du poste Full-time - Paris - Hybrid remote work (4 days a week / 1 remote day per week) The Context We are looking for an experienced and highly autonomous Senior IT Workstation Engineer to join our AI, IT & Transformation team. In the context of international growth (300+ employees - 3 offices: Paris, London, New York), you will take charge of the complete management of our Apple ecosystem and play a key role in the company\'s operational continuity. You will be a member of the Corporate IT & Security department and report to our IT Manager. You will work in close collaboration with our Senior IT Engineer in the UK and with our IT Technician Apprentice for user support activities. Your Main Responsibilities 🍎 Apple Ecosystem Management Management of Apple France fleet (~300 devices): MacBooks, iPhones, iPads, Apple TV Advanced administration of Kandji MDM Management and operational maintenance of our DNS Proxy: Cloudflare Zero Trust Update campaigns and security policy deployment (CIS Level 1) Hardware inventory management and complete equipment lifecycle 🔧 Support & Operations Level 2 support for complex technical issues IT onboarding of new employees IT offboarding and equipment return Daily equipment provisioning User training and enablement 🏢 Infrastructure & Offices Meeting room management and audiovisual equipment (Google Meet Hardware) Coordination with Office Management Team Digital signage (Apple TV) Building access control supervision (GENEA) operational maintenance Relations with network and infrastructure providers (outsourced network) 🚀 Projects & Evolution Drive AI transformation by supporting internal AI Champions and leading digital transformation projects with an AI-first approach Develop and deploy automations using make.com and other no-code tools to optimize processes Ensure security through SIEM monitoring with Datadog, alert analysis, and participation in security committees Participate in IT stack modernization initiatives Technical Environment Complete Apple suite (Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Kandji, ABM) SaaS Stack: Google Workspace, Slack, Notion AI/Automation Stack: Dust AI, Make.com, Prompting best practices… Infrastructure: Juniper Mist, Cloudflare Zero Trust, Okta Security: Datadog (SIEM), Genea (access control) Support: Siit.io (currently migrating from Jira Service Management) Benefits @Welcome to the Jungle Salary range : €55K - €63K 4-day work week after your first month 5 weeks of paid vacation Flexible remote work 75% of Navigo Pass or 20€ monthly sustainable allowance Alan health insurance – 66% covered for you and your children, 40% for your partner Meal vouchers - Swile Card – €9 per working day, 50% funded by Welcome Profil recherché Technical Expertise Proven experience managing Apple environments Strong MDM platform expertise - Kandji preferred, strong JAMF experience is suitable Okta platform management: Okta administration & Workflows Solid understanding of SaaS administration (Google Workspace, Slack, Okta) Strong interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies Understanding of enterprise security challenges Soft Skills Autonomous project leadership: ability to plan, execute and coordinate technical projects and deployments while prioritising effectively in a dynamic environment Excellent communication & customer service skills: activity reporting, technical documentation, results presentation, with pedagogical patience and user-oriented approach English communication (documentation, international exchanges) Innovation mindset and appetite for technology watch Why Join Us?
