Le Poste : L'Ingénieur Support au cœur du Run et de l'Amélioration Intitulé : Application Support Engineer - FinTech (H / F) Localisation : Boulogne-Billancourt, France (Proche Métro Ligne 10) Contrat : CDI à temps plein Rémunération : 45 000€ - 60 000€ fixe (selon expérience) Expérience : 2 à 7+ ans d'expérience, forte appétence Bancaire / FinTech Ce rôle est stratégique au sein de l'équipe Customer Service : il s'agit d'assurer le Run critique des services délivrés à nos clients internationaux et de maintenir un niveau de satisfaction et de fiabilité maximal. Vous intervenez en tant qu'expert technique et partenaire de confiance des clients. Vos Missions Principales : Fiabilité, Résolution et Expertise Vos missions se concentrent sur la gestion opérationnelle et l'amélioration continue de la plateforme : 1) Gestion des Incidents et Expertise Technique (L3) Diagnostic Avancé : Réaliser le troubleshooting de niveau 3 (L3) sur les incidents complexes de la plateforme Core Banking (flux financiers, APIs). Data & Logs Analysis : Utiliser les outils de Monitoring (Kibana) et l'expertise SQL pour analyser les données et diagnostiquer la cause racine des problèmes. Coordination R&D : Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de développement (L3) pour la résolution rapide des problèmes et le respect strict des SLA. Opérations Techniques : Réaliser des opérations courantes et délicates (requêtes SQL, gestion des releases ). 2) Pilotage du Service et Communication Client Partenaire Technique Client : Agir comme le point de contact technique principal pour nos clients B2B (banques, néo-banques). Gouvernance et Suivi : Produire et animer les revues de service régulières (revue des requêtes, incidents, évolutions). Communication de Crise : Gérer la communication client en cas d'incidents majeurs, en assurant clarté, transparence et respect des engagements (SLA). 3) Amélioration Continue et Automatisation Ingénierie de Support : Proposer et développer des solutions d'automatisation et des outils de support internes grâce à vos compétences en Python / Scripting Bash. Fiabilisation : Identifier les problèmes récurrents pour améliorer la documentation (Knowledge Base, approche ITIL) et optimiser les procédures de Build & Run. Gestion des Projets d’Évolution : Coordonner les chantiers d'évolution technique demandés par les clients avec les équipes internes (Produit, R&D). #J-18808-Ljbffr
