Within Group Finance, you will be part of the Procurement and third‑party risk management team supporting GIE AXA business units in sourcing General Expenses, Professional Services, IT Services, Software and Market Data. Team Organization The Head of Procurement and third‑party risk management A buyer for General Expenses and Professional Services A buyer for IT Services, Software and Market Data A legal counsel for Procurement contracts A manager for critical third‑party management (critical outsourcing, DORA, ESG/CSRD) A Procurement support member for Purchase Order approval and analysis Your Role and Responsibilities Your main responsibilities will include sourcing, negotiating, and managing software licenses, IT equipment, market data, and technology services that align with GIE AXA business goals. The role focuses on cost efficiency, regulatory compliance and optimal vendor performance. Procurement and Contracts Develop and implement IT and software procurement strategies aligned with business objectives Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes, including RFx and direct negotiations Identify cost‑saving opportunities through volume consolidation, volume discounts, long‑term agreements and strategic sourcing Contribute to legal and regulatory compliance Stakeholder Management Collaborate with IT, Finance, VRF experts, legal counsel and business stakeholders to align procurement decisions with technology requirements and business goals Engage other AXA entities and Group Procurement for best‑practice sharing Third‑Party Risk Management Mitigate operational and regulatory risks by executing Vendor Risk Framework and ensuring compliance with Solvency II, DORA, Schrems 2, IA, and other regulations Supplier Management Identify, evaluate and establish relationships with key software and IT vendors Negotiate commercial and legal terms and Service Level Agreements with business owners Monitor supplier performance and ensure contract compliance Inventory and Asset Management Maintain accurate records of contracts and assets Your Profile Master 2 in Procurement or related field 6 + years of experience in IT and software procurement within the insurance sector Strong knowledge of software licensing, cloud solutions, market data and IT services Familiarity with key legal provisions: data confidentiality, IT security, business continuity, rights of use, intellectual property, liability and insurance regulations Excellent negotiation, communication and vendor management skills Analytical mindset for market trend evaluation and cost‑saving opportunities Fluent in French and English (read, written, spoken) Result‑oriented and proactive mindset for procurement processes Why Join Us A responsible company dedicated to people, customers, and the planet A strong values‑driven culture Opportunities for internal mobility and training Extensive benefits (learn more here: Reward & Benefits | AXA Group) Flexible hybrid work arrangements Contribution to global reforestation – we plant a tree for every recruitment Are you ready to apply? #J-18808-Ljbffr
