IT Services, Software and Market Data Buyer Join AXA’s Finance Department Procurement and third‑party risk management team to support sourcing requests for General Expenses, Professional Services, IT Services, Software and Market Data. Overview The AXA Group’s headquarters in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine, Île‑de‑France coordinates global strategy and best‑practice sharing for 1,000 employees across 45 nationalities. As a member of the Group Finance team, you will cycle through the end‑to‑end procurement lifecycle, from opportunity identification to contract negotiation and post‑implementation monitoring. Responsibilities Develop and implement IT and software procurement strategies aligned with AXA business goals. Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes, including RFx and direct negotiations. Identify and execute cost‑saving opportunities such as volume consolidation, discounts, long‑term agreements and strategic sourcing. Contribute to legal and regulatory compliance (data confidentiality, IT security, business continuity, rights of use, IP rights, liability). Collaborate closely with IT, Finance, VRF experts, and legal counsel to align procurement decisions with business requirements. Mitigate operational and regulatory risk by executing the Vendor Risk Framework (VRF) to meet Solvency II, DORA, Schrems 2, IA, and other regulations. Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with key software and IT vendors, negotiating commercial and legal terms and Service Level Agreements. Monitor supplier performance to ensure contract compliance and performance standards. Maintain accurate records of contracts and support asset and inventory management. Qualifications Master’s degree (equivalent) in Procurement or related field. 6+ years of experience in IT and software procurement within the insurance sector. Strong understanding of software licensing, cloud‑based solutions, market data, and IT services. Solid knowledge of legal provisions relating to data confidentiality, IT security, business continuity, rights of use, IP rights, liability, and insurance regulations. Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills. Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and cost‑saving opportunities. Proficiency in French and English (read, written, and spoken). Result‑oriented and proactive in managing procurement processes.
