Head of MYCRM Competency CenterOffre n° : 2802 | Publié le : 23/10/2023 | Fonction : CHEF DE PROJET | Contrat : CDI | Lieu de mission : ISSY LES MOULINEAUX | Département : 92 | Salaire : Suivant profilDescription du posteMissionsManage the Group Finance Core System (MYCRM) Competency Center (CC), according to the guidelines provided by the Group CFOPromote MYCRM within Countries and associated Change ManagementOrganise and monitors the activities and their associated budgets of the MYCRM CC perimeter Customer care & MarketingRun and support solutions for the already deployed countriesManage solutions lifecycle as part of the continuous improvement process provided by vendorsAssist solutions roll out within countriesMake sure that process of arbitration of proposed solutions is organised on certain frequency with the right accountable managers and CFOsPropose the 3 years MYCRM strategic roadmap, according to the guidelines provided by the Group CTO with the Country business representatives and the Business Process Managers (BPMs) / Solution Architects of the MYCRM Competency CenterContributionsDefine and monitor SLA and TCO of MYCRM CCPropose MYCRM CC governance enhancements through continuous exchanges with all involved stakeholders (CFOs, CIOs, …)Contribute with functional expertise to the enhancements of the MYCRM processes Customer care & Marketing, proposing scenarios for processes / solutions improvementsProvide experience and expertise on deployment projects to subsidiaries’ stakeholdersOrganise empowerment of newly rolled out subsidiaries into the MYCRM CC’s governance processesApply Group guidance or policy: Security, Project, Purchase, ArchitectureManage the human and budgetary resources allocated as well as the outsourced services while ensuring the optimal balance of resourcesEnsure that MYCRM team members work in a team spirit, with a service approach to the countries while guaranteeing MYCRM Core Solution in the long termBuild continuous relation with the business users to ensure a cooperative relationship allowing to anticipate business expectationsGuarantee continuity of the MYCRM solution deployed in countries (Run mode)Work in a planning and delivery approachOptimize the resources capacity due to involvement in run mode and multiple projects (including roll-out)Communicate proactively with users’ representatives on the roadmap and their feedbackEnsure compliance with legal requirements and safety rulesCompétences requisesSkills and know-howsExpertise in Customer care & Marketing processes within a GroupExperience in managing matrix organisationsKnowledge of project management methodsKnowledge of lean and continuous improvement methodsFluent in English ((French and German as a plus))Good understanding of Transportation business, its strategic drivers and challengesBehavioural skillsPerformance orientationOpenness and adaptabilityStrategy and efficiency orientationCommunication and cooperation skills (w/ IT peers and business stakeholders)Customer service oriented and Delivery approachSynthetic and analytic mindsetNegotiation skills10 years minimum as an CRM Project Manager experience within Finance / purchasing and procurement domainsKnowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRMContactMARC SOREL26 rue Daubenton75005 PARISTelephone : 01 43 37 99 22Fax : 01 45 87 01 70E-mail : Répondre à cette offre #J-18808-Ljbffr
