OverviewField Apps Engineer - PVD, Etch at KLA – supporting SPTS fabrication technologies with focus on deposition and etch.The role will primarily support STM based in Grenoble but may also support other European customer sites.Major ResponsibilitiesDefining and executing customer-specific product penetration, positioning, and market share strategiesDeveloping relationships with key customer technical buying influences with a deep understanding of leading-edge semiconductor processesDriving collaboration projects, evaluations, engagement with customers, ramp support, etc., to deliver differentiated product value, ensure continued product learning and resolve customer issuesUnderstanding the customer sales cycle and process; jointly developing sales strategies in collaboration with account managersDelivering effective technical presentations and product demonstrations to customersMinimum QualificationsMaster\'s Degree or 4 years of work experience; Bachelor\'s Degree or 5 years of work experienceStrong technical background in on-wafer manufacturing processesStrong business acumen with understanding of customer technical issuesSelf-starter with strong focus on executionAbility to own and manage multiple projects and address issues proactively and efficientlyExcellent English communication/presentation skills and proficient in project managementMSc in a science/engineering-based fieldBenefits and Equal OpportunityWe offer a competitive, family-friendly total rewards package.
