Payroll Partner (France – Remote) Join to apply for the Payroll Partner (France - Remote) role at Veralto. As the Payroll Partner, you will be a key member of the wider HR team committed to building a workplace that fuels growth. You will support business growth through talent and organization support within our HR Services team. Responsibilities Supported by Standard Work, manage assigned caseload for Tier 1 requests, respond to payroll inquiries, support transactional execution on processes related to payroll matters, ensuring SLAs and service quality standards are exceeded. Serve as point of contact for payroll inquiries from regional EMEA Associate Groups, focusing on France, providing support to other countries as needed. Manage full payroll cycle: collect, validate, and input payroll-related data; ensure timely payment of salaries in compliance with statutory and collectively agreed regulations in cooperation with payroll providers for applicable countries. Coordinate with external payroll vendors to ensure accurate calculations and timely submissions of social security contributions, taxes, and other statutory requirements. Interact with HR and finance during monthly payroll activities: update HRIS, share hire, leaver, transfer, promotion, and organizational changes in a timely and accurate manner. Support internal and external audits, including SOX compliance; document procedures and ensure internal controls are in place. Correspond with tax offices, health insurance companies, social security institutions and other authorities. Process supplementary insurance and pension plans. Prepare regular reports and statistics, issue certificates and forms, reconcile and clarify relevant accounts with the financial accounting department, and prepare the annual financial statements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field and a minimum of 2 years of proven payroll execution experience. Deep knowledge of local French labor, tax, and social security regulations; additional country-specific knowledge is welcomed. Experience working within multicultural, international teams, collaborating with Finance and HR business partners. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information; strong collaboration skills (communication, tone, messaging, execution, planning, ownership). Problem‑solving and results‑oriented mindset with excellent organizational abilities. Proficient in French and English; additional European languages welcomed. Knowledge of HRIS, preferably Workday; proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Location: France – Remote. Employment type: Full‑time. Seniority level: Entry level. #J-18808-Ljbffr
