About the role As the Payroll Partner, you will be a key member of the HR Services team, located in France and working remotely. You will support business growth by managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering high‑quality service to associates and leaders. Responsibilities Manage assigned caseload for Tier 1 payroll requests, responding to inquiries and handling transactional execution on payroll matters while exceeding SLA and service‑quality standards. Act as the primary point of contact for payroll inquiries from regional EMEA Associate Groups, focusing on France and supporting other countries as needed. Oversee the full payroll cycle: collect, validate, and input payroll‑related data; ensure timely salary payments in compliance with statutory and collective regulations in cooperation with payroll providers. Coordinate with external payroll vendors to ensure accurate calculations and timely submission of social security contributions, taxes, and other statutory requirements. Work with HR and finance teams on monthly payroll activities—updating the HRIS, sharing hire, leaver, transfer, promotion, and organizational changes promptly and accurately. Support internal and external audits, including SOX compliance, document procedures, and maintain internal controls. Handle correspondence with tax offices, health insurance companies, social security institutions, and other authorities. Process supplementary insurance and pension plans. Prepare regular payroll reports and statistics, issue certificates and forms, reconcile accounts with the financial accounting department, and support the preparation of annual financial statements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field and a minimum of two years’ proven payroll experience. Deep knowledge of local labor, tax, and social security regulations in France; additional country‑specific knowledge is welcomed. Experience working within multicultural, international teams and collaborating with Finance and HR business partners. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information while demonstrating strong collaboration skills (communication, tone, messaging, execution, planning, ownership). Problem‑solving and results‑oriented mindset with excellent organizational abilities. Proficiency in French and English; additional European languages are a plus. Knowledge of HRIS platforms, preferably Workday, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
