Account Management Vertical Our Account Management Vertical’s purpose is to keep customers staying and growing with Alan. Created in 2020, the key account manager team currently supports 18 members and works closely with a portfolio of medium‑touch clients. Responsibilities Handle a portfolio of accounts and flagship companies. Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders, demonstrating a customer‑centric approach. Proactively identify potential signals of dissatisfaction and implement solutions. Promote Alan health partner positioning to generate massive adoption by employees and admins. Analyze and present consumption reports to customers through business reviews. Identify and execute out‑of‑the‑box initiatives to engage existing customers. Lead cross‑selling/upselling of our portfolio to answer customer needs and pain points. Renegotiate contracts to guarantee great value for money and sustainable profitability. Participate in the evolution of our products and services, acting as the voice of our customers when discussing with Product teams. Is it you we’re looking for? At least 3 years of experience in a customer‑facing role, with interactions with C‑Levels and/or HRD. Full working proficiency in French and at least advanced level in English. Experience dealing with mid‑market segment companies (up to 200 employees) and a portfolio of 50‑100 accounts. A tact and empathy that make you a great negotiator. An expert in creating long‑term relationships based on trust and transparency, with great active listening skills. A love for solving problems to delight our members. A growth mindset: able to adapt to new trends and develop an in‑depth understanding of the health insurance market. Based in Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille or Annecy. Nice to have: previous experience in insurance or any benefits‑linked industry (not a must‑have). We aim to hire within the B0‑C0 level range.
