In over just 38 years, Eurofins has grown from one laboratory in Nantes, France to over 65,000 staff across a network of more than 950 independent companies in over 60 countries and operating more than 900 laboratories.The mission of the Eurofins Cosmetics & Personal Care network of companies is to assist international clients in ensuring the quality, safety, performance and regulatory compliance of the supply chain, from raw materials and ingredients to packaging and finished products.We are searching for a Global Key Account Manager.Reporting to the Global Marketing & Key Account Manager, the Global Key Account Manager is part of the global team driving business performance of fast-growing business units: Cosmetics & Personal Care, Detergence and Hygiene (B2B environment).Main dutiesGlobal Key Account Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the followingAccount Strategy & Business DevelopmentExpand the scope of existing global client relationships and identify new opportunities with selected global C&PC companies to achieve account development objectivesDefine, prioritize and review top target clients to penetrate by region, based on strategic fit, market potential, and alignment with the existing product portfolioAnalyze client needs, technical challenges and testing opportunities versus their current products and product portfolioIdentify and develop new business opportunities, including cross-selling and up-selling initiativesKey Account Management & GovernanceEvolve relationships with key executives and decision makers within assigned global accounts, managing the overall relationship to ensure a high level of client satisfactionCoordinate strategic account plans with executive sponsors and regional/local Key Account ManagersDefine, track and deliver targeted revenues and key development priorities with Key Account Managers per assigned account,Organize regular face-to-face meetings with the customers.Organize regular internal meetings with Key Account Managers.Ensure effective contract and commercial management, in close collaboration with internal stakeholdersRespond and coordinate Global TendersClient Knowledge, Value Proposition & Sales EnablementBuild and maintain key client identity sheets (client profiles), including organization, decision makers, strategy, priorities, competitive landscape and growth potentialPrepare dedicated client presentations (PPTs) highlighting tailored value propositions, relevant technologies and success storiesDevelop and prepare referenced case studies, including technical results, business impact and client benefitsCreate and deliver targeted pitches adapted to client maturity, regional priorities and decision-making levelsContent Marketing & Thought LeadershipContribute to content marketing initiatives in collaboration with marketing teams (e.g. case studies, application notes, client success stories, presentations, white papers)Translate client insights and market trends into high-value content supporting commercial positioning and brand visibilitySupport the development of sales and marketing materials aligned with key account strategies and priority segmentsQualificationsLife science or business administration degree (or equivalent), with proven success and experience in a technology-driven life science environment (minimum 3–5 years in a similar role)Demonstrated success and proven ability in building long standing relationships with customersProven experience in generating new business and managing complex global accountsStrong stakeholder engagement skills (internal & external)Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skillsAbility and willingness to work in an international environmentStrong multi-tasking and organizational skillsSolid Pack Office & CRM skillsFluent in English and FrenchBackground Cosmetics and Personal Care a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
