Role Overview Business Segment Lead – France Alan, a vertically integrated health partner, is building a global prevention ecosystem. The Business Segment Lead is responsible for driving market leadership in a defined client segment (Tech, Industry, or New Segments) and collaborating closely with Product, Insurance, Sales, Marketing, and cross‑segment leaders. Main Responsibilities Market intelligence: Build deep expertise on competitive landscape and customer pain points; quantify market sizing and customer segments. Value proposition & pricing: Define differentiated offers to lead the segment; continually validate pricing against market demand. Go‑to‑market strategy: Shape renewal and expansion tactics, select distribution channels, partner ecosystem, and adapt to new sub‑segments. P&L ownership & resource allocation: Own ROI for the segment; build business cases for resource allocation and advocate for investment. Product trade‑off: Partner with product teams to build solutions aligned with market insights and strategic priorities. Qualifications At least 7 years of experience leading a business or product category. Fluency in both English and French. Strong transversal influence, data literacy, and ability to synthesize market views into actionable strategy. Business acumen with deep product knowledge and experience working with senior leadership. Generalist self‑starter able to adapt quickly and work field‑side with cross‑functional teams.
