Position Overview The Lead Generation / Growth Marketing Manager will design, execute and optimise the group’s acquisition strategy across multiple channels, driving qualified leads, nurturing the pipeline and supporting brand awareness. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the group’s acquisition plan (B2B, B2B2C, B2C). Lead multi‑channel paid media campaigns (SEA, social ads, retargeting, SEO, inbound, marketing automation). Experiment with emerging channels such as generative‑AI advertising (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.). Monitor, optimise and report on campaign performance; set budgets and KPIs. Own HubSpot implementation: configuration, automations, integrations, reporting and lead‑scoring workflows. Align marketing and sales in HubSpot, ensuring data quality and effective funnel management. Collaborate with Brand, Sales, Data and Product teams; support cross‑channel 360° campaigns. Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, predictive targeting and nurturing strategies. Qualifications / Profile Expertise in HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub, workflows, integrations). Advanced paid‑media experience (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Bing). Strong growth‑marketing mindset: test & learn culture, automation, funnel optimisation. Experience with AI‑powered advertising and familiarity with generative‑AI platforms. Excellent analytical skills: Google Analytics, Looker Studio, UTM, HubSpot reporting. Fluent in French and English, written and spoken. Bachelor’s degree (Bac+5) in commerce, digital marketing or equivalent, with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
