BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCV projects.About the role:The Field Sales Manager is responsible for achieving our commercial goals in the Region of Responsibility by developing solid relations with Dealers, improving Dealers' Performance, building the Brand, and developing the tools and services needed.The Regional Field Sales Manager reports directly to the National Sales Manager.Key Objectives & Responsibilities:Achieve the assigned commercial goals in the area of responsibility.Manage Funnel Management KPI’s of the assigned Dealer Network and create actionable improvement plans.Provide Market Insights and Competitor Benchmarking in the area of responsibility.Follow up in conjunction with the local Finance Partner Team on the preferred financial solutions adoption rate and build action plans based on feedback.Ensure NPS Customer Satisfaction surveys are rolled out effectively and any Customer Feedback is treated with maximum priority.Be BYD ambassador and point of reference for all Sales Team in their Area of Responsibility.Key Results:Commercial and funnel management metricsOrder GoalsRegistration GoalsLead to Test Drive funnel managementTest Drive to Order Conversion ratesStock KPI’sMarketing Execution in their AreaCustomer HappinessNPSFinancial SolutionsMarket & Customer relevant financial solutionsFinancial Partner specific KPI’sRequired skills, qualifications and experience:Educational background in Business Administration or Marketing-related education.Solid working experience as a Sales Manager or Retail Manager.Proven experience within the automotive industry or mobility services.Solid Financial knowledge.Customer-oriented mindset.Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.Resilient, Agile, and Open-minded.Results-oriented.Great negotiation skills.Excellent English & French language skills (Mandarin Chinese would be a plus but not mandatory).Thorough knowledge of commercial management software and digital tools.Connected with our Mission and a more sustainable Future.We offer:Performance and experience-based competitive remuneration.25 days annual leave + additional holidays.Company car, phone, and commuting and meal allowance.Department & company-wide team-building events.An exciting opportunity to lead the European transition to Zero Emissions transportation and decarbonization of the economy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
