This is a high-visibility, relationship-focused role offering exposure to international brokers, diverse specialty products, and a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.If you are commercially curious, enjoy building long-term partnerships, and want to grow your career at the intersection of insurance, sport, events, and entertainment, this role offers a unique platform to do so.About UsTokio Marine HCC – Specialty Group operates across three high-growth specialty lines:Disability (Professional Sports PA, Key Person PA, Travel, Classic PA)We work closely with brokers across Europe to deliver tailored, specialist solutions to complex risks.Your RoleAs Broker Account Manager, you will be a key interface between brokers and underwriting teams, contributing directly to portfolio growth and broker satisfaction across the EEA.Key Responsibilities IncludeActing as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned insurance brokers, managing submissions and coordinating with underwriting teamsDelivering a high standard of service, responsiveness, and broker supportProactively maintaining and developing a profitable EEA portfolio, with an initial focus on Events and Professional AthletesDeveloping strong product knowledge across Specialty Group lines and staying informed on market and industry trendsSupporting and coordinating marketing initiatives with corporate teams, while contributing ideas to enhance broker engagement and visibilityServing as a first point of contact for brokers using the Specialty MarketplaceWhat You BringEssential experience and skills:Minimum 2 years’ experience in relationship management, account management, or a comparable client-facing roleFull professional proficiency in English (at least C1 level)Strong command of Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word; familiarity with Power BI and Copilot is a plus)Ability to manage tasks independently and prioritize effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational, analytical, and coordination abilitiesA proactive, commercially minded, and solution-oriented approachWillingness to travel occasionally within Europe to meet brokersPreferred Experience And SkillsInterest in sports, events, entertainment, or media-related industriesAdditional European language(s) at C1 levelPrior exposure to the insurance or financial services sectorWhy Join Us?You will join a multinational, collaborative team within a globally respected specialty insurer, with genuine opportunities to build expertise, broker networks, and an international career.
