For one of our clients, a modern and agile Reinsurance Company we are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and qualified leader for the position of Team Leadeer and Actuarial Pricing Manager - Methods and Modelling.

This managerial role spans across the entire Non-Life and Liefe & Health reinsurance portfolio, with the responsibility to develop and maintain state of the art technical pricing methodologies, models and parameters.

Under this leadership, the team will also model complex incoming reinsurance contracts.

- pricing and stochastic modeling of complex reinsurance contracts, in close cooperation with the underwriting teams

- enable the professional growth of the team members: promote a spirit of continuous learning, curiosity and personal accountability
- analysis of portfolio performance and insights generation
- proactive identification of risk trends
- foster knowhow enhancement of the broad organisation on technical pricing matters
- promote collaboration with reserving actuaries- fosters an open, collaborative spirit and motivates the team members to embrace innovation and a customer-centric mindset
proactively enables personnel’s professional growth and stimulates knowledge sharing

**expectations and experience**:

- minimum 5 years of actuarial experience in (re)insurance pricing
- a combination of Non-Life and Life & Health background is preferred
- strong knowledge of the reinsurance market; underwriting experience is a plus
- strategic thinking, anticipates trends and outlines effective mitigation proposals
- outstanding sense of accountability, strong organization skills, “can-do” attitude
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- fluency in English. Another major European language is a plus
