Leader mondial des services d'ingénierie, Capgemini Engineering rassemble des équipes d'ingénieurs, de scientifiques et d'architectes pour aider les entreprises les plus innovantes dans le monde à libérer leur potentiel.
Dans le cadre du développement des activités de Capgemini Engineering, le Presales Director travaille en collaboration avec les équipes commerciales sur tout le cycle de l'avant-vente : de la création de l'opportunité, en participant à la proposition technique et financière jusqu'à la négociation.
Les missions du Presales Director- Définition de la stratégie Capgemini Engineering sur son périmètre industry
- Compréhension et identification des assets et offres de valeur du Groupe susceptibles de répondre aux enjeux des clients du périmètre
- Compréhension des besoins du client et des enjeux de ses projets, détection des offres et assets de Capgemini à pousser de manière anticipée en collaboration avec les experts des solutions auprès des clients
- Garantir la faisabilité et la rentabilité du projet pour l'entreprise
- Réponse à des consultations formelles (Animation de l'équipe de réponse et soutenance) dans un ecosystème interne avec les porteurs des solutions au sein des practices de Capgemini Engineering
- Capitalisation des références clés de son périmètre
- Mise en œuvre de streams transverses sur son périmètre (Innovation, sustainability...)
- Vous êtes diplômé/e d'une école d'ingénieur ou de commerce et justifiez de minimum 10 ans d'expérience sur un poste de presales, avec une solide connaissance des métiers dans le domaine des télécommunications.
- Vous avez des compétences techniques et fonctionnelles de l'urbanisation d'un réseau opérateur, et avez des connaissances dans la partie SI et réseau.
- Capacité à orchestrer des équipes réparties sur plusieurs sites, notamment dans un contexte international, ne sont plus à démontrer (anglais courant).
- Synthétiser des sujets techniques, détecter les risques et animer efficacement l'ensemble des parties prenantes (clients, partenaires, équipes internes...).
