Il y a un désormais un peu plus d'an de cela, Musc Intime a intégré le pôle cosmétique du groupe Kresk, aux côtés de marques reconnues comme SVR, Lazartigue, Novoma et Deparaz.🌸 Notre marque est une pépite singulière à très haut potentiel : depuis 4 ans, elle s’impose comme une success story dans l’univers des cosmétiques parfumés pour le corps, en France comme à l’international.Notre ambition est claire :🚀 accélérer notre développement international💎 devenir un acteur incontournable en pharmacie🌍 continuer à faire rayonner notre marque féminine de cosmétiques parfumés pour le corps, la promesse d'un sillage parfumé unique, puissant et longue tenue, vecteur d'émotion pour sublimer chaque féminitéAvec une marque en pleine expansion, des lancements stratégiques et de nombreux projets en préparation, nous cherchons aujourd’hui des talents audacieux et créatifs pour écrire la suite de notre histoire.👉 Vous avez envie de rejoindre une marque dynamique, innovante et en forte croissance ?C’est le moment de faire briller Musc Intime à nos côtés ✨Rôle clé pour une marque pépite DNVB, en forte croissance, entre analytique, créatif, et gestion de projet :Définir la stratégie d’influence (micro et macro) en lien avec les objectifs de la marqueIdentifier et sélectionner les influenceurs pertinents pour chaque campagneNégocier les partenariats : briefs, budgets, contratCoordonner la création de contenu (spark ads, dark etc)Assurer le suivi des campagnes (analyser la performance et réaliser le reporting hebdo)Entretenir des relations durables avec les influenceuses et leurs agentsTravailler en transversal avec les équipes Brand, Social Media, Paid media, PR, e-commerceAu moins 3 ans d’expérience sur une marque DVNB ou de cosmétiquesIntérêt pour les réseaux sociaux, les tendances du marketing d’influence etc...Capacité d’adaptation et de réactivitéAyant déjà conduit des stratégies d’awareness et d’acquisitionA l’aise avec les chiffres, rigoureux, précis et orienté résultat-performanceCapacité à communiquer en français et en anglaisAvantages :1 jour de télétravail par semaineTicket restaurant d'une valeur faciale de 10 euros dont 60% de prise en charge par l'employeur75% de prise en charge du pass navigo.Paris, Île-de-France, France #J-18808-Ljbffr
