Join to apply for the HR Operations role at AXA. Overview You will join the HR Operations team, composed of 7 people, located in the AXA Group headquarters in Paris, Île‑de‑France, France. The team focuses on ensuring quality onboarding, administrative management throughout the employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, and the continuous improvement of HR data quality. Responsibilities Ensure quality onboarding of new hires. Administer employees’ contracts and related documentation. Coordinate with the payroll department and monitor payroll controls. Maintain the quality of HR data in HR tools and support cross‑functional processes. Prepare and monitor contractual documents, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory provisions. Interface with payroll, manage payroll orders through relevant tools. Monitor, simplify, and perpetually improve HR reporting. Update HR tools. Act as a stakeholder in various processes such as Salary Review, Promotion Committee, Teleworking, etc. Serve as the primary contact for employees and managers on administrative issues and HR tools. Build a strong partnership with the HR Business Partner of your perimeter. Lead the relationship with the provider responsible for the contractualization of Early Careers programs. Manage onboarding for interns and apprentices, organize One‑to‑One meetings, present Pléiades (HRIS), lead group sessions in English every 2‑3 months, and oversee the early‑careers community. Profile Technical and Professional Skills Knowledge of labour law, collective agreements, and payroll. Mastery of the Office suite. Written and oral operational English to welcome and answer questions from international employees. Comfort and enthusiasm with the use of HR tools. Interpersonal Skills Responsive and dynamic.
