To this end, we are seeking an experienced HR Admin & Payroll - CDI who can join our team and help pave the way towards our new goals.
- Responsibilities
En lien direct avec l’équipe RH à Cergy, regroupant les 3 studios en France, dans un contexte de forte croissance et l’amélioration des expériences de collaborateurs, vous allez vous contribuer à l’administration et à la fois aux tâches comptables, votre mission sera de:

**Paie**:

- Prise en charge de la gestion des éléments variables de paie (congés, maladie, titres restaurant, etc.)
- Préparation des donnés pour l’établissement des bulletins de paie (édité par le cabinet comptable) ;
- Gestion du logiciel de paie SILAE ;
- Suivi des dossiers salariés : pièces, éléments variables, bulletins de paie, dossier de salarié étrangers, etc.
- Réalisation et suivi des virements bancaires des salaires ;
- Relation avec le prestataire de paie.

**Administration**:

- Gestion des nouveaux entrants (DPAE, accueil RH, administration HRIS, mutuelle et prévoyance, aide logement, etc.) ;
- Gestion de la sortie des employés (mise à jour du statut sous les systèmes HR (HRIS et SILAE, récupération des matériels) ;
- Rédaction et délivrance des documents RH (certificat de travail, avenants au contrat et au travail hybride, lettres de transfert...) ;
- Prise en charge de certaines mission “Office” (réservation de voyages, etc.) ;
- Gestion et suivi des notes de frais.
- Qualifications
- **Profil recherché**:

- Formation Bac +2/+3 en gestion des ressources humaines généraliste avec au minimum 1 an d’expérience à un poste similaire ;
- A l’écoute, disponible, bonne capacité à communiquer, bon rédactionnel ;
- Bien sûr, les outils bureautiques n'ont pas de secret pour vous ; Connaissance de logiciel SILAE sera un avantage ;
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l’anglais, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.
