We are a remote-friendly company headquartered in Paris with an office in Marseille, and a global and diverse team of about 20 tech, product, growth and sales experts. Role We are looking for a talented Account Executive who will drive deals. You will be joining a Sales team that values hands-on contribution and collaboration. Opportunities for internal growth (open foreign market, senior position, Account Management, Team Lead) are numerous over time. You will be located in Paris or Marseille, or be able to work with occasional remote work as part of the team in Paris/Marseille. Your missions include: Manage key customer relationships and help close strategic opportunities with prospects. Educate prospects, provide inspiring product demonstrations, and manage multi-stage sales cycles. Deliver a pleasant, instructive experience by leveraging relevant messaging and materials and by defining the high-touch strategy that suits each prospect. Challenge the team to improve our product, methods and strategy, and participate in other projects to grow our customer base. Qualifications Experience in SaaS (2+ years as an Account Executive). Strong written and verbal communication skills; primarily French market with English proficiency a plus for international expansion (2026). High organization and exceptional follow-up skills. Willingness to contribute in a small team and participate in cold call sessions. Empathy and passion for understanding and solving prospects’ problems. Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building (MEDDIC/SPICED/Gap Selling experience is a plus). Understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models. Great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team; you’re a builder with a fast-learning mindset.
