Rehlko vous propose une opportunité professionnelle stimulante En tant que Coordinateur(trice) technique, vous occupez une position essentielle dans la satisfaction de nos clients, garant du bon déroulement des opérations techniques et de la coordination optimale des interventions. Vos Missions Support et satisfaction client : assuré par un support technique de qualité, anticipant les attentes des clients. Gestion des chantiers et suivi des interventions : planifier, organiser et superviser les interventions sur site, incluant le suivi des astreintes et la planification des interventions techniques. Management d'équipe et développement : encadrer une équipe de techniciens, assurer leur montée en compétences, animer l’équipe pour une organisation optimale et un climat de travail propice à la performance. Rédaction et gestion des offres de travaux : rédiger les offres de travaux correctifs et proposer des solutions techniques adaptées aux besoins spécifiques de chaque client. Respect des normes de sécurité et SSE : garantir le respect des normes de sécurité, de santé et d’environnement (SSE) sur chaque chantier. Profil recherché Expérience en mécanique et/ou électrotechnique souhaitée. Connaissance du groupe électrogène souhaitée. Maîtrise des outils informatiques : Pack Office, ERP. Expérience avérée dans la gestion d’équipes techniques et dans la coordination de projets ou de chantiers. Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse technique pour diagnostiquer et résoudre des sujets complexes. Qualités et savoir‑être : goût pour le management, sens de l’écoute et flexibilité, esprit d’équipe, autonomie et sens de la communication.
