This role is critical in managing the financial planning, budgeting, and analysis for some departments. The successful candidate will ensure our investments are aligned with our overall financial strategy, optimising costs and driving efficiency across the organization.ResponsibilitiesBusiness partnering with one Dept.Collaborate with leaders to support business decisions, including evaluating and prioritising investments, focusing on ROI and business value.Conduct detailed financial analysis and forecasting for projects, providing insights and recommendations to senior Management.Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying trends, variances and opportunities for improvement.Participate in relevant Leadership teams and committees.Reporting and Planning CycleDevelop and manage the budget (annual budget and forecasts as well as long‑range plans, re‑forecasts, etc.), ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and financial targets.Perform monthly reporting of actuals data, including meaningful commentary and variance analysis, in accordance with Group reporting requirements.Provide actuals data to Accounting to support the monthly closing process (i.e. capitalisation of assets, project costs, GRNI information, etc.).Act as the primary interface with EXN Accounting and other Corporate Finance teams (e.g. Treasury, FP&A, etc.) as well as local Finance teams as required.Provide financial information and support to external auditors as needed.Process and Systems ImprovementDrive cost optimisation initiatives within the department, identifying opportunities for savings and efficiency gains.Actively drive Process Improvements / projects for the design and capture of information regarding costs and associated Key Performance Indicators.Other ResponsibilitiesImplement and maintain financial controls and governance for spending, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Work in cross‑functional teams across the company in support of operational targets, objectives and management reporting.Lead the financial aspect of contract negotiations, working closely with operational and Legal teams.Provide financial training and support to managers, enhancing their budget management capabilities.Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, evaluating their impact on the strategy.Other ad hoc projects and responsibilities.Qualifications and ExperienceMaster's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is highly desirable.3 to 5 years of professional experience in financial controlling and/or audit.Familiarity with IFRS accounting is required.Key Technical CompetenciesProficiency in financial software and ERP systems; experience working in Oracle environments is an advantage.Proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.Strong understanding of operations and investments, with the ability to translate technical concepts into financial analysis.Soft Skills & LanguagesProfessional English capability is required, both written and spoken; capabilities in French are appreciated.Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation.Ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.Job DetailsSeniority level: DirectorEmployment type: Full‑timeJob function: Finance and Accounting / AuditingIndustries: Computer and Network Security, IT Services, IT ConsultingLocation: Suresnes, Île‑de‑France, FranceEqual Opportunity StatementWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
