With about 61 000 employees, Eurofins is a global leader in testing services and over the last 20 years has been one of the fastest growing companies in the world, thanks to its innovation in technology and service.ResponsibilitiesPanel WorkSupervise and lead our sensory panelsRecruit, train, manage and motivate sensory panellistsPreparation of tests (organisation of sessions, samples, preparation of test questionnaires)Conduct sessions (descriptive profiling, temporal assessment and discrimination testing)In direct contact with clients to organize the panels and debrief over sessionsAssist with statistical analysis and data visualisationSupport with writing reports for the clientFollow-up and control of panelists’ performanceParticipation in the quality assurance processPeopleWork closely with other members of our sensory and research team and the Data Solutions HubStrategyEnsuring that ongoing activities and projects adhere to the company's strategic guidelinesQualificationsUniversity degree, ideally in food science, social sciences, psychology, statistics or economicsExperience in project management and/or running a sensory panel would be desirableExcellent written and oral communication skills in French. English is a plusProficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etcRigorous, responsive and proactiveStrong organisational and planning skills, that ensure work is effectively prioritised to meet deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
