Enterprise Account Executive - German Speaker M/F/NB at Santévet Permanent contract. This role can be based in Lyon, Paris or Barcelona. Regular travel is expected: once a month to our headquarters in Lyon and once a month within Germany. Job Description We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive for the German market to accelerate B2B partner growth. Reporting to the Head of B2B Sales, you will identify and educate businesses in Germany about SanteVet, positioning our value proposition within a network of distributors (Employee Benefits, Retailers, E‑Merchants). A solutions‑oriented, results‑driven sales professional with a builder's mindset is essential. Responsibilities Develop your own pipeline, mastering cold‑calling and emailing at the C‑level, and applying a structured commercial routine. Manage the complete sales cycle at enterprise level (>1bn€ revenues and 5k+ employees), from prospecting to contract signature, engaging C‑levels and strategic decision makers across Europe. Iterate sales pitches using a consultative, solutions‑focused approach and consistently apply our sales methodology to qualify and pass opportunities efficiently. Negotiate and close annual contract values (ACV) from 200k€ to over 1m€, with sales cycles exceeding six months. Participate and contribute to cross‑market projects in collaboration with Marketing and Commercial teams. Ensure proper follow‑up of commercial proposals and responses to tenders in both private and public sectors. Represent SanteVet at trade shows and conferences across Europe as an exhibitor and/or visitor. Qualifications Fluent in German and English (C1 minimum). Proven sales experience with a strong track record in enterprise‑level sales. At least three years of experience in B2B tech sales, particularly selling software, services, or solutions to enterprise clients with revenues >€100m. Understanding of the Retail, HR, Banking, or Insurance sectors is a significant advantage. Tech‑oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and deliver customized solutions. Ability to nurture long‑lasting client relationships and develop account plans that drive revenue growth. Strong capacity to identify client pain points and propose innovative solutions. Comfortable presenting complex products clearly and compellingly. Familiarity with the MEDDICC methodology. Interview Process Step 1: Initial phone call with Valentine, Talent Acquisition.
