Leur expertise repose sur une combinaison unique de connaissances sectorielles approfondies et de solutions innovantes, permettant d'accompagner leurs clients dans la réalisation de leurs projets les plus ambitieux.Dans le cadre de notre expansion, nous recherchons 2 Business Development Manager ( H/F) talentueux et passionnés pour rejoindre notreclient.Le Business Development Manager sera responsable de stimuler la croissance de l'entreprise en identifiant et en exploitant de nouvelles opportunités commerciales dans les secteurs du ferroviaire, de l'industrie, des énergies et de la défense.Vos missions principales:Prospecter de manière proactive de nouveaux clients potentiels dans les secteurs du ferroviaire, de l'industrie, des énergies et de la défense.Élaborer et adapter son discours commercial pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de chaque prospect.Mener des négociations commerciales efficaces et stratégiques pour conclure des accords avantageux.Assurer le closing des ventes en convertissant les prospects en clients.Effectuer une analyse continue du marché pour identifier les opportunitésLe management d'une équipe de 3 Ingénieurs d'affairesExpérience avérée en développement des affaires dans les secteurs du ferroviaire, de l'industrie, des énergies ou de la défense.Experience managérialeExcellentes compétences en prospection, en élaboration de discours commercial, en négociation commerciale et en closing.Capacité démontrée à comprendre et à analyser le marché pour identifier les tendances et les opportunités.Fortes compétences en communication, en persuasion et en relation client.Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.Maîtrise de l'anglais, une deuxième langue serait un atout.Informations contractuellesLa rémunération pour ce poste est constituée d'un salaire fixe compris entre 50 000 et 70 000 euros annuels, en fonction de l'expérience du candidat, ainsi que d'une partie variable.Si vous êtes prêt à relever ce défi passionnant et que vous répondez aux critères ci-dessus, veuillez nous envoyer votre CV à jacques@mindsearch.net #J-18808-Ljbffr
