#JoinOurCrewMissionLocated in France,Saint Germain en Laye (Paris area) our future Sales & Business Developer will bepart of the growing worldwide commercial organization of more than 75 people.You will beresponsible for developing sales of Exail's extensive product portfolio in civilianapplications and managing sales actions across the 20 countries of theSouthern Europe region to meet targets.Job Description1 / Sales ActivityResponsible for the companys salebudget in the region.Support and develop existing clientsthrough visits, phone calls and exhibitions.Proactively develop new businessopportunities through effective prospection.Prepare tenders and pre-qualificationtenders.Co-ordinate the targeting of newareas of business.Prepare quotations and systemproposals with the support of Headquarters, product teams, & the Head ofsales in Southern Europe.Negotiate commercial conditions.Plan and co-ordinate sensors andsystems demonstrations with technical teams.Manage on-going programs to meet contractand customer objectivesPrepare and carry out technical salespresentations with the help of BDM's and product managers.Appoint, manage, and support anetwork of agents and distributors to best achieve the companys sales targets.Liaise with the technical teams and Exaildivisions on each project requirements.Attend conferences and exhibitions.Attend corporate events.2 / Analysis, Reporting & CommunicationDeliver regular and accuratereporting and forecasting.Maintain up-to-date customer recordsand sales database in the CRMBuild and manage an efficient SalesAction Plan.Prepare customer and project mapping forcomplex sales and tenders.Contribute to the wider sales teamsknowledge base and communicate regularIly with wider European and Global salesteams through the Sales Organization.ProfileBusiness / Sciences / Engineering degree.Minimum of 5 years of salesexperience (internships and apprenticeships will also be considered), ideallywithin a technology-driven environment.Fluency in English (B2 or equivalent as a minimum) and Spanish , additional languages (Italian, Portuguese) an asset.Ability to work autonomously andcross-functionally.Ability to listen, empathize, thinkcritically and strategically, show enthusiasm, tenacity, curiosity, with good communicationand teamwork skills.SkillsEnglish Spanish #J-18808-Ljbffr
