This is a full‑time position, carried out remotely or from our beautiful offices in Dubai or Lisbon. Job Overview Are you obsessed with turning insights into measurable growth? What if your experiments didn’t just lift conversions but shaped how millions of people grow, learn, and act on their potential? This isn’t another growth job. It’s the chance to define a new category: the ecosystem for human greatness augmented with AI, combining behavioral science, technology, and AI. We’re looking for a hands‑on Head of Growth who can ideate, copy, design the strategy, and launch experiments directly. You speak data and persuasion fluently, leveraging AI tools daily to generate hypotheses, build assets, and accelerate iteration speed. Key Responsibilities Offer‑Market Fit continuously assessed, refined, repositioned, and launched. Identify which segments an offer truly works for and which it doesn’t. Architect funnels and campaigns (hands‑on): map them out, oversee implementation, set up tracking, ensure machine works before managing budget scaling. Relentless optimization (CRO & A/B testing): design, launch, and analyze A/B tests yourself for headlines, pricing, offers, etc.; proactively hunt for friction points and implement fixes. Design and launch experiments across funnels, pricing, messaging; ensure tracking and data integrity. Channel exploration & scaling: overview paid social work, identify next winning acquisition channels to maximize profitability and volume. Growth loops: design and optimize loops across product, retention, referral. Diagnose growth across acquisition, activation, sales alignment, retention, and expansion; identify constraints and why. Lead the growth team (paid, copy, web, PMM) with high standards; manage talent and deliver high‑intent leads. Align sales quality: focus on appointments held and deals closed, adjust targeting based on lead quality. Own KPIs: LTV/CAC ratio, funnel conversion rates, experiments launched per week. Tools You’ll Master GA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely. Desired Outcomes Conversion rates 2× better than baseline. Continuous growth experimentation runs. A predictable growth engine. Experience Minimum 3 years in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing (SaaS, e‑commerce, or digital product environments). Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests with measurable revenue or activation improvements. Competencies Growth diagnosis and system thinking. Persuasion & behavioral insight. Analytical rigor. Personality Traits Curiosity: dig into why users behave the way they do. Hands‑on execution. Precision: clarity in hypotheses, clean data, unambiguous results. Agility: adapt instantly, turn insights into tests within hours. Language Requirements French: Native / Bilingual.
