We offer a unique opportunity to work on groundbreaking innovations that will redefine polymer discovery.Here's what awaits you:Meaningful work: Tackle complex challenges at the forefront of chemistry and artificial intelligence.Cutting-edge technology: Be at the center of Synboli's revolutionary platform, shaping the future of materials.Collaborative environment: Work alongside talented and passionate colleagues who share your drive for innovation.Competitive compensation and benefits: We offer an attractive package to reward your contributions.The role: Head of SalesResponsibilitiesDrive and execute Synboli's sales and partnership strategy to grow business and revenue.Leverage your technical expertise in polymer science to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, from technical teams to decision-makers.Lead the identification and pursuit of new market opportunities, particularly in high-value polymer applications.Collaborate closely with the R&D and AI teams to align Synboli's innovative polymer discovery platform with market demands.Provide technical guidance to customers, ensuring a deep understanding of Synboli's materials and their applications.Negotiate and manage key contracts and partnerships, ensuring mutual value creation.Build and mentor a growing sales team, fostering technical and commercial excellence.QualificationsA degree in Polymer Science, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering (Engineering School, Master's or PhD).Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales within the polymer (or chemistry/materials) sector.SkillsSolid understanding of polymer synthesis, applications, and market trends.Strong technical background with the ability to translate complex concepts into customer-centric solutions.Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capture new market opportunities.Leadership abilities to build and manage a high-performing sales team.Design, evaluation and continuous improvement of sales processes, using CRM and analytics tools.Compensation and benefits: Base salary and sales bonusLocation: Bordeaux.
