Tenacy Lyon, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, FranceEn tant qu’Engineering Manager (h/f) rattaché(e) à notre CTO, ta mission est de manager l’équipe tech (Software Engineers & SRE) afin d’accélérer notre delivery et garantir un haut niveau d’exécution.ResponsabilitésManager l’équipe au quotidien : 1:1 réguliers, animation des rituels, maintien d’une dynamique d’équipe saine et performante.Evaluer et suivre la performance : mise en place et suivi du cadre de performance, feedback continu, accompagnement.Contribuer au support : priorisation des bugs, coordination avec l’équipe Produit.Renforcer et structurer les process pour améliorer la qualité, la vélocité et la collaboration au sein de l’équipe Tech.Piloter l’exécution de la roadmap tech : arbitrage et priorisation avec les PM, suivi de l’avancement et communication claire sur les enjeux.Ce que nous offronsUne opportunité singulière au sein d’une startup en forte croissance avec une culture de convivialité.Possibilité de travailler sur l’OS de ton choix : Windows, Mac ou Linux.Package 70-75K€.Carte tickets restaurant Swile : 9€/jour, soit environ 1900€/an, pris en charge à 60% par l’entreprise.25 jours de congés payés + entre 10 et 13 RTT par an.Prime mobilité de 40€/mois pour les déplacements “mode doux”.Parcours d’onboarding gamifié avec système de parrainage interne.Contrat CDI au statut cadre - Forfait jour (216 jours travaillés par an) / Mutuelle AXA prise en charge à 70% par l’entreprise / Prime de vacances versée au mois de juin / Parking vélos / Café, thé et fruits à volonté + possibilité de faire livrer ton panier perso directement à l’entreprise grâce à notre fournisseur fruits & légumes local et bio / Chèques cadeaux mariage et naissance / Formations régulières sur le temps de travail, bibliothèque d’entreprise / Plusieurs temps forts de team building dans l’année (soirées, séminaires, dejs d’équipe, afterworks… ) / Tarifs préférentiels à la salle de sport Banane & Baskets à 2 minutes à pied des bureaux.Déroulement des entretiensEchange téléphonique avec Ségolène, notre Head of Talent Acquisition (30 min).Entretien avec Paul, notre CTO (1h).Entretien avec Cyril, CEO et co-fondateur (1h).Entretien avec Lionel, Chief Product Officer (1h).Team fit.Ref calls.Offre :)Profil recherchéPoste basé à Lyon 9ème.Au moins 7 années d’expérience et une équipe managée d’au moins 4 personnes.Forte culture produit : priorisation, arbitrage, collaboration main dans la main avec des PM.Expérience startup / scale-up, rythme soutenu, exigence élevée.Sens aigu de la communication : clarté, feedback, alignement, transparence.Process efficaces sans alourdir l’organisation.Appétence pour le people management : faire grandir les équipes, créer une dynamique, inspirer.Orienté impact : pragmatique, data-driven, focalisé sur l’exécution.Leadership, rigueur et mindset “ownership”. #J-18808-Ljbffr
