Rattaché.e à la Direction RSE, vous contribuez à la structuration, au pilotage et à la mise en œuvre de la feuille de route sociale de la division, en articulation avec les enjeux environnementaux. Vous travaillez en lien étroit avec les équipes internes, les partenaires externes et les experts du secteur, afin de développer une approche intégrée et ambitieuse de la durabilité sociale. A ce titre, vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes:Développer et piloter la feuille de route de durabilité sociale de la division, en cohérence avec la stratégie environnementaleMettre en place les outils de pilotage, de reporting et de remontée d’informationProduire et actualiser la documentation associée : déclarations de position, directives, outils de conformité (minéraux de conflits, diligence raisonnable, etc.)Préparer les échéances stratégiques de la division, en lien avec les plannings de la MaisonReprésenter la division auprès des experts techniques du secteur, notamment dans le cadre du groupe de travail W&JI 2030Concevoir et déployer un programme phare d’impact social dans la chaîne d’approvisionnement, aligné avec la stratégie d’achats responsablesIssu.e d’une formation supérieure, vous justifiez d’une expérience d’au moins 10 ans dans le domaine de la durabilité sociale, avec une solide maîtrise des enjeux liés à la responsabilité sociale dans les chaînes d’approvisionnement complexes. Vous avez déjà mis en œuvre des stratégies de diligence raisonnable, accompagné des politiques de conformité ou déployé des programmes à fort impact en lien avec des normes internationales (OCDE, ONU, etc.).Vous disposez d’excellentes capacités d’analyse, de synthèse et de structuration. Vous savez traduire des exigences réglementaires ou éthiques en outils opérationnels concrets et efficaces.
