Client Services Officer – Unclaimed contracts (W/M)France (Hybrid)Job DescriptionTHE POSITIONThis position is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine.Within our Operations Department, and more specifically the Funeral Insurance Unit (around 25 employees), we are recruiting an Client Services Officer – Unclaimed contracts.The Unclaimed Contracts team is responsible for managing insurance policies classified as unclaimed (individual and/or group life insurance, provident and funeral plans). The team ensures that all benefits due to beneficiaries are paid and contributes more broadly to the fight against unclaimed policies.Your main responsibilities:-BENEFICIARY SEARCH:Identify, analyze, and locate potential beneficiaries using internal databases, public records, and other available information sources.Communicate with beneficiaries, notaries, and other internal/external stakeholders to obtain all necessary documents for policy settlement.Provide guidance to beneficiaries by phone (required steps, case progress, etc.).Update policy files with collected documents, in full compliance with internal procedures.-PREVENTING UNCLAIMED POLICIES:Provide technical support internally and to risk carriers: manage emails and calls, handle and monitor their requests.Implement the identification process for deceased individuals (AGIRA 1 – AGIRA Funeral processes).Ensure data accuracy by updating information based on death certificates and any other documents received.Escalate technical issues to the Manager when needed.YOUR PROFILEYou have prior experience managing unclaimed contracts, particularly in processing life insurance and/or funeral benefit claims.You are a strong team player with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.You are rigorous, analytical, and able to handle sometimes complex cases.
