THE POSITION Our operations department is looking for its future Client Services Officer – Funeral Insurance (W/M) on a permanent contract (CDI). Our teams support beneficiaries and their families during sensitive times by providing concrete assistance and efficient claims management. You will join a supportive and proactive team of 15 to 20 colleagues, based in Neuilly-sur‑Seine. Main Responsibilities Supporting our beneficiaries and their loved ones by providing guidance and support to members and their families. Explaining funeral coverage and how the contracts work. Preparing and following up on premium calls. Managing the "Déclaration Sociale Nominative" (DSN – Nominative Social Declaration). Administering both individual and group insurance policies. Recording and processing enrollments and cancellations. Managing claims and payments in the event of death. PROFILE REQUIRED Ideally, you hold a 2-year post‑secondary degree (Bac +2), with experience in the funeral or insurance sectors. You enjoy working in a team and have strong interpersonal skills.
