Dans le cadre de notre croissance à l'international et d'une nouvelle acquisition en Autriche nous recherchons notre futur(e) Chief of staff afin de réussir cette intégration stratégique et de fluidifier les relations. Rattaché directement au dirigeant de la société en Autriche et au comité de direction chez Simplifia, vous serez l'interlocuteur privilégié avec un rôle clé dans la coordination, le pilotage et la communication. La maîtrise courante (oral et écrit) en français est indispensable ; le dirigeant de l'entreprise autrichienne étant uniquement germanophone. Un bon niveau d'anglais est un plus. Le poste est basé à Lyon. Missions principales 1. Support exécutif et stratégique Accompagner le Comité de direction dans la définition et le suivi des priorités stratégiques liées à l'intégration de la société autrichienne. Préparer des notes, présentations et éléments de langage pour des réunions de direction partenaires ou conférences. Analyser, structurer et synthétiser des sujets complexes afin de faciliter la prise de décision. 2. Gouvernance & coordination Préparer et suivre les réunions de gouvernance Assurer la coordination en tant qu'interlocuteur privilégié entre les équipes françaises et autrichiennes, garantir une circulation fluide de l'information. Suivre l'avancement des projets clés, identifier les points de blocage et proposer des solutions concrètes. 3. Pilotage opérationnel et suivi de la performance Créer et animer des dashboards et outils de suivi de performance internes pour les équipes. Réaliser des analyses stratégiques et opérationnelles Être un relais de communication et d'alignement entre la direction et les équipes locales.
