Role Overview The SAP Enterprise Sales Leader will own Qualitech’s SAP sales strategy in North America, driving new client acquisition and expanding existing relationships. This senior hunter role requires deep SAP knowledge, proven ability to win $10M+ engagements, and an extensive network of C‑level connections. Key Responsibilities New business development: originate, develop, and close net‑new SAP clients using personal network. Pipeline ownership: build and maintain a 3x qualified pipeline against quota, focusing on $10M+ transformational SAP programs. Solution selling: position Qualitech as partner of choice for SAP S/4HANA migrations, AMS/managed services, RISE with SAP, and intelligent automation‑driven quality assurance. Account growth: expand wallet share within strategic SAP accounts by offering new services and innovation accelerators. Executive engagement: build and sustain C‑level relationships across IT, business, and finance functions. Collaboration: partner with pre‑sales, solution architects, and delivery leaders to craft compelling value propositions. Market development: represent Qualitech at SAP forums, industry conferences, and ecosystem events. Strategic partnerships: work closely with SAP and other partners to build joint go‑to‑market opportunities. Desired Experience 10+ years of progressive SAP sales experience in North America. Track record of consistently closing SAP deals exceeding $10M+ annually (S/4HANA, AMS, RISE, or cloud migrations). Extensive, current network of SAP decision‑makers (CIO, CFO, IT/ERP leads). Experience growing SAP accounts in at least two priority verticals (Manufacturing, Retail, Life Sciences, Tech, BFSI, Energy). Strong experience in co‑selling and navigating alliances with SAP, tool vendors, and SI partners. Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, ECC migrations, RISE with SAP, BTP, SuccessFactors, Ariba, SAP CX. Consultative selling skills using Challenger, Insight Selling, or SPIN methodologies. Ability to lead large, multi‑disciplinary pursuits and close deals. Commercial acumen with outcome‑based pricing and managed services constructs. Leadership ability to inspire cross‑functional teams and develop sales talent. Willingness to travel frequently across the U.S. and North America. Key Competencies Results orientation: exceed quota and drive revenue growth.
