Descriptif du poste: We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our commercial expansion, mainly in North‑West of France (Bretagne, Normandie, Pays de la Loire). An excellent level of French is mandatory for this position. We are seeking a specialized Sales Manager – Poultry to lead our commercial expansion within the avian sector. In this critical role, you will manage and grow our key accounts—specifically targeting integrators, cooperatives, and large poultry groups—with the primary goal of scaling our presence. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from building relationships and negotiating contracts to achieving ambitious revenue targets in the poultry market. Main Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for our strategic accounts, building a strong, trust‑based relationship to ensure long‑term success and growth. Manage all sales activities from lead to close for new farms focusing on both hunting for new opportunities and closing deals efficiently. Systematically work towards scaling our deployment tenfold and hitting key revenue milestones. Work closely with our field technicians and the future customer success team to ensure a seamless setup and onboarding experience for each new site. As we are in a high‑learning phase, your feedback from the field will be crucial in helping Phagos build robust and scalable sales processes. Gather and relay insights from this key account to internal teams to help refine our product and service offering. Profil recherché Knowledge of the poultry production cycle (broilers, layers) and the animal health ecosystem. Proven experience in B2B sales and key account management. Strong ability in contract negotiation and closing deals. You can build genuine, lasting partnerships with clients. Excellent communication, you can articulate value clearly and persuasively. You thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and are eager to help build processes from the ground up. A collaborative spirit: As part of a small, rapidly expanding team, transparent communication, mutual respect, and a supportive attitude are crucial. You are motivated by clear targets and have a track record of achieving them. Fluent in English (written and spoken) Experience in biotech, agriculture, or animal health industries. Why Join Us?
