This pivotal role combines technical leadership with active development, fostering the success of team members while driving forward innovative solutions in the supply chain domain.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and support fullstack software engineers, helping them develop their skills and thrive in their roles.Guide the team toward technical excellence while fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and accountability.Ensure alignment with FuturMaster’s strategic objectives and roadmap.Project ContributionActively participate in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions.Engage hands-on in coding, code reviews, and solution architecture to ensure best practices are applied.Tackle supply chain challenges such as configuration management, handling large data volumes, and addressing technical issues including cloud transition, data model evolution, and performance optimization.Agile Squad EffortCollaborate with Scrum Masters, architects, QAs, product managers, and business experts.Take part in all phases of agile development: requirement analysis, estimation, implementation, automated testing, code reviews, demos, and retrospectives.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork with international teams across France and China, including stakeholders in design, product, and QA.Facilitate communication across teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.Technical EnvironmentMicroservices in Java 21 with SpringBootContainer-based deploymentReactJS front-endWhat We OfferMulticultural Environment: Collaborate with global teams based in France and China, with operations in 4 countries.Flexibility: Hybrid work model with 2 remote days per week.Supportive Culture: Mistakes are part of learning—we value growth and continuous improvement.Collaborative Spirit: We’re all in the same boat, working toward shared success.About YouProven experience as a Tech Lead in a software company, with a track record of developing and supporting team members.8+ years of experience as a Software Developer, with deep expertise in Java Spring and backend architecture.Solid experience with cloud technologies (AWS preferred).A proactive mindset: able to step back, challenge assumptions, and propose innovative solutions.Excellent communicator, mentor, and team player.Fluent in English to collaborate effectively with international colleagues.Educational background in engineering or equivalent (computer science/applied mathematics).Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesSoftware DevelopmentWe’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
