Agicap is a fast‑growing French scale‑up based in Lyon, founded in 2016. We help mid‑market finance teams efficiently manage cash, pay suppliers and get paid through a combined Treasury Management System with Accounts Payable and Receivable solutions. Overview Expansion Manager – your primary mission is to drive growth on your customer scope (SMBs). You focus on three pillars: Trusted advisor, Sales process and Sales Excellence. Responsibilities Trusted advisor posture: Understand customers’ needs, provide adequate demonstration flows, align them with our vision, and equip them with sticky features; identify upsell opportunities through an in‑depth discovery phase; conduct software demos tailored to customer needs and processes; be identified as a product expert. Sales process: Negotiate and close expansion deals sourced by other teams; present offers and manage the entire sales cycle. Sales excellence: Handle your pipeline rigorously in the CRM; provide customer feedback to improve processes and products; share best practices with CS teams; report regularly on performance. Qualifications Degree from a top business school (Master’s level, Bac+5). Strong customer‑relationship and sales skills. Bilingual in French (C2 level). Capable of multitasking and managing changing priorities within tight deadlines. Enjoy challenges and strive to exceed goals. Eager to move quickly, meet users frequently, and pick up the phone to help them. Love advising, arguing, and convincing. Benefits Competitive salary (55 k‑62 k €), including variable component.
