Position Summary The Sales Enablement Intern is responsible for managing the sales training calendar, assisting with LMS organization and management, leading communication with the sales team, and creating overall efficiencies in training coordination processes. This role will be based in our Paris office. Key Responsibilities Schedule global sales trainings Maintain sales training calendar Manage daily email support with the sales team Work within the LMS to post trainings and track compliance Generate weekly reports Assist the Sales Training team with global projects Job Requirements Commit to a high level of integrity and service Deliver quality work Service focused with a desire to exceed client expectations Own your performance and take responsibility Multitask and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment Commit to always treating everyone (from clients to co‑workers, vendors and partners) with the ultimate level of respect Work well in a team with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and co‑workers Celebrate diversity and embrace new ideas and differing perspectives Be financially responsible and make sound financial decisions Take active measures to achieve results and solve problems Fluency in English and French Exceptional problem‑solving and analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills Effective time management Self‑motivated and task‑oriented TransPerfect values equal opportunities.
