Microsoft Identity Manager AdministratorAbout the job Microsoft Identity Manager AdministratorMicrosoft Identity Manager AdministratorPosition OverviewWe are seeking a Microsoft Identity Manager Administrator to manage and maintain our enterprise identity and access management infrastructure, ensuring secure and efficient user provisioning, synchronization, and identity lifecycle management across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentity Manager AdministrationInstall, configure, and maintain Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) infrastructure including Synchronization Service, Service, and Portal componentsManage identity synchronization between Active Directory, Azure AD, and third-party systemsConfigure and maintain management agents, metaverse rules, and attribute flow mappingsImplement automated user provisioning and deprovisioning workflowsIdentity Lifecycle ManagementDesign and maintain identity governance policies and approval workflowsConfigure self-service password reset and group management capabilitiesManage certificate lifecycle and smart card enrollment processesImplement privileged access management and just-in-time access controlsIntegration & AutomationIntegrate MIM with HR systems, databases, and cloud applicationsDevelop PowerShell scripts for automation and custom identity processesConfigure SAML, OAuth, and federation protocols for single sign-onMaintain hybrid identity scenarios with Azure AD Connect and cloud servicesSecurity & ComplianceImplement identity security policies and access governance frameworksMonitor identity-related security events and conduct access reviewsEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and audit proceduresCoordinate with security teams on identity threat detection and responseRequired QualificationsTechnical Skills6+ years experience with Microsoft Identity Manager or Forefront Identity ManagerStrong knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory administrationProficiency in PowerShell scripting and automationExperience with SQL Server and database management for MIM infrastructureUnderstanding of identity protocols (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, WS-Federation)Knowledge of certificate services and PKI infrastructurePreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fieldMicrosoft certifications (Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Security Administrator Associate)Experience with Azure AD Premium features and hybrid identity solutionsBackground in identity governance and privileged access managementExperience with third-party identity systems and directory services #J-18808-Ljbffr
