About the job Microsoft Cloud Services AdministratorPosition OverviewWe are seeking a Microsoft Cloud Services Administrator to manage and optimize our cloud-based identity, productivity, and AI services infrastructure, including Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Copilot solutions to ensure secure and efficient cloud operations across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and maintain Entra ID tenant settings, user accounts, and group managementImplement conditional access policies, multi-factor authentication, and identity protectionManage application registrations, service principals, and API permissionsConfigure identity governance including access reviews, entitlement management, and lifecycle workflowsMaintain hybrid identity synchronization with Azure AD Connect and cloud syncMicrosoft 365 AdministrationAdminister Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive servicesConfigure security and compliance policies including DLP, retention, and eDiscoveryManage licensing assignments, usage analytics, and capacity planningImplement information protection and sensitivity labeling across workloadsConfigure Power Platform governance and app management policiesDeploy and configure Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 across the organizationManage Copilot licensing, user access, and feature rolloutsConfigure data governance and privacy settings for AI workloadsMonitor Copilot usage analytics and adoption metricsImplement security controls and content filtering for AI-generated responsesSecurity & ComplianceConfigure Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and endpoint protectionImplement zero trust security models and privileged access managementMonitor security incidents through Microsoft 365 Defender and SentinelEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policiesConduct regular security assessments and access reviewsRequired QualificationsTechnical Skills6+ years experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD/Entra ID administrationStrong knowledge of cloud identity management and authentication protocolsProficiency in PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and automation scriptingExperience with Microsoft security and compliance toolsUnderstanding of hybrid cloud architectures and migration strategiesKnowledge of modern workplace deployment and change managementPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fieldMicrosoft certifications (Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert, Identity and Access Administrator Associate)Experience with Microsoft Copilot deployment and governanceBackground in information security and compliance frameworksExperience with Microsoft Intune and device managementKnowledge of Power Platform and business application integration #J-18808-Ljbffr
