They provide a high level of autonomy and transparency, and trust their people to make the right decisions.They are now looking for a Head of Sales, Europe West & South , to join their European Sales team. Reporting to the EU Chief Executive Officer and Group Chief Revenue Officer, you will focus on creating sustainable revenue growth supported by strong sales execution.This is initially a fully remote position, but they are specifically seeking someone based in France to help establish strong local foundations and serve as a cornerstone for future growth in the market.You will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for Europe West & South (France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Mediterranean countries) to achieve revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will drive new business development, achieve new client wins, and deliver revenue growth for their European operations.This role involves close collaboration with the CEO and senior management team, as well as the Group Chief Revenue Officer, to drive sales and success across the region. Decisions made will have a high impact on the company’s image, success, and growth in Europe.Key Responsibilities :Devise and secure senior management approval for a sales plan with targets and KPIs, positioning the company as a long-term partner to potential clients and creating momentum for change.Implement the approved sales plan to achieve short-, medium-, and long-term revenue growth, as well as other KPIs.Lead sales campaigns and manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including resource coordination, negotiation, and contract closing.Establish world-class sales processes (forecasting, pipeline management, account planning, etc.) to support growth in Europe West & South.Build senior-level relationships with clients, prospects, and partners to drive traction in the market.Develop and manage the partner ecosystem to enhance sales effectiveness in the region.Recommend pricing and sales strategies to leadership to maximise long-term value.Contribute to overall leadership, working closely with cross-functional teams to support existing clients and provide market feedback for product and service development.After initial success, build and lead a top-class sales team in Europe West & South, fostering a high-performance culture.RequirementsB2B sales and client management experience in banking or fintech, including selling and managing high-value complex solutions with long sales cycles.Sales strategy expertise , with proven experience developing and executing plans to achieve revenue goals and KPIs.International experience , ideally across Europe.Language skills : Excellent English and French; fluency in Portuguese, Italian, or Spanish is a plus.Proactive attitude and leadership : takes initiative, collaborative, and able to unite teams.Energy and dynamism : creative, enthusiastic, action-oriented.Drive and ambition : motivated to exceed targets, challenge the status quo, and make an impact.Resourcefulness and flexibility : able to prioritise, work autonomously, and perform under pressure in a fast-changing environment.Personal qualities : organised, reliable, high integrity, detail-oriented, resilient, and open. #J-18808-Ljbffr
