Take GenAI systems from notebook to production — copilots, agents and retrieval-augmented applications.
- Build and evaluate retrieval, ranking and generation pipelines.
- Own the evaluation strategy for one or two production AI systems.
- Work directly with client product owners and data teams.
- Contribute to our internal evaluation and observability tooling.
What we're looking for
- Strong Python and modern web/ML stack experience.
- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, custom).
- Experience with evaluation, drift detection and observability for AI.
- Comfortable in French and English client conversations.
