Description du poste En tant que Senior Backend Developer, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’évolution technique de la plateforme. Vous interviendrez sur le développement de nouvelles fonctionnalités et les mises en production, en collaboration étroite avec les équipes Product, Développement et R&D. Stack technique Vous travaillerez quotidiennement avec : Backend : Python (FastAPI / microservices), RabbitMQ, EventDriven Base de données : PostgreSQL Infrastructure : Docker, CI / CD, Cloud (GCP / AWS), outils de monitoring & observabilité Environnement agile : GitHub, Jira, sprints, code reviews Missions En collaboration avec le PM, le Tech Lead et l’équipe Dev, vous serez amené(e) à : Développer et maintenir des fonctionnalités backend sur l’ensemble des produits Participer à la conception de l’architecture microservices et à la structuration globale de la plateforme Contribuer à l’amélioration continue de la qualité, des performances et de la sécurité du code Analyser les besoins avec les équipes Produit et Développement et proposer des solutions techniques robustes Garantir le respect des bonnes pratiques : tests, documentation, monitoring, revue de code Participer à l’accompagnement et au mentorat des profils plus juniors Profil recherché Minimum 4 ans d’expérience en développement backend Excellente maîtrise de Python ou d’une autre techno backend Bonne compréhension des architectures distribuées et des systèmes de messagerie (RabbitMQ ou équivalent) Solide expérience avec les bases relationnelles, idéalement PostgreSQL Autonomie, rigueur et proactivité Envie de construire des solutions performantes et évolutives dans un environnement exigeant et stimulant Bonus : expérience en frontend (React) ou en support client #J-18808-Ljbffr
