MyTraffic , created in 2016, has the mission of providing retail professionals with the best location-based analyses and insights, enabling them to improve their daily performance and design the best possible experiences in physical spaces. We already support more than 500 clients across many sectors (retail, real estate, consulting firms, public institutions…) throughout Europe, helping them develop their business, analyze or predict the performance of their investments, understand customer behavior, and compare their results with competitors. We are a hyper-growth scale-up (+110% per year) , backed by a €30M Series B fundraising round with Axa Venture Partners, Alven, and Kernel Investissements in November 2022 to finance our European expansion. In January 2024, MyTraffic announced the strategic acquisition of the Spanish start-up Geoblink , becoming the first European location intelligence platform . 📝 Job Description : 1 / FINANCE OPERATIONS Manage the Procure-to-Pay workflow: from purchase requests to supplier payments, using Spendesk as the central expense management tool. Track and control employee expense reports, ensuring accuracy and document compliance. Respond to ad hoc requests from operational teams regarding expenses, documents, or financial procedures. Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including updating internal procedures, improving financial tracking tools, and supporting automation projects. Support monitoring of ongoing finance projects to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met (spend tracking, budget follow-up, cash monitoring). Assist with cash tracking and debt monitoring, ensuring up-to-date records and alignment with reporting needs. 2 / ACCOUNTING SUPPORT Collect, organize, and transmit administrative and financial documents to the external accounting firm. Perform pre-accounting tasks such as expense classification, invoice tracking, and document reconciliation. Assist accountants with review and control tasks during monthly closings. Support the preparation of month-end closing files and follow up on outstanding items (invoices, payments, missing documents). Ensure consistent document quality and alignment with accounting requirements. 🤝 Your team : Within the Finance team, you will work closely with André (Head of Finance), Joséphine (FP&A Manager), and Clément Delalande (Sales Admin Manager). Your varied and high-responsibility missions will give you a global view of the company and the strategic challenges it faces. 🫵 About you : You have a DCG (Bachelor +3) or DSCG background in accounting. You have strong Excel skills; pivot tables don’t scare you. Prior experience in financial management or in a high-growth environment is a plus. You are dynamic, motivated, and detail-oriented.
