**Mission**:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated **Finance & Ops Intern** to support our CEO, Eden, and our Chief of Staff, Fanny. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects within a biotech startup that is shaping the future of infant nutrition. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and a thirst for learning new things.
- **Finance & Operations**:
- Help categorize all expenses to provide a real-time view of our cash flow distribution and enhance budget forecasting accuracy
- Assist in keeping our financial forecast up-to-date and as accurate as possible, ensuring key financial metrics remain exact
- Master the use of Pennylane and support our team with day-to-day accounting operations
- **Non-dilutive funding & Market**:
- Provide an exhaustive evolving view on all relevant non-dilutive funding opportunities to support company growth (the more the better)
- Contribute to market research by gathering relevant information on key target markets and provide synthesized insights to support go-to-market strategies
- **People & Operations Support**:
- Assist with administrative tasks, office management, and the organization of internal processes, including handling office supplies, coordinating orders, and ensuring the office is fully equipped
- Help coordinate the logistics of lab samples, ensuring timely and efficient handling, tracking, and organization of these samples
- Assist in coordinating internal and external company events, such as offsites, team-building activities, and networking events

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a **Master’s from a top-tier business/engineering school** or university, looking for an end-of-studies or gap-year school internship, with **at least 6 months of internship experience,** preferably in a startup environment
- **Fast learner**: Strong ability to learn quickly, adapt and take initiatives with solution-oriented mindset
- **Organized**: Skilled at managing multiple tasks efficiently while knowing how to prioritize and meet deadlines
- **Proactive**: Take initiative and approach tasks with energy and enthusiasm, adapting quickly to changing circumstances
- **Team player**: Strong desire to support the team and contribute to a positive, high-performing work environment
- **Excellent communication**: Proficiency in English (written and spoken), comfortable interacting across teams and with external stakeholders
- **Passion for the mission**: A genuine interest for Nūmi's mission to bring better nutrition for babies around the world
