We develop world-class AI solutions tailored to defense and public safety needs, combining technical excellence with a deep respect for data protection laws.The RoleWe are looking for a Direct Sales Representative to develop new client relationships and drive direct sales of Orasio’s solutions across public and private sectors. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, engaging with key stakeholders, and guiding them through the sales process—from first contact to contract signature.This is a hands-on role for someone eager to grow in the field of B2B sales while taking full ownership of their sales cycle. You will be expected to operate autonomously in the field, build your own pipeline, and represent Orasio with professionalism and credibility. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients are smoothly handed off for deployment.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and qualify new direct sales opportunities in target sectors (public safety, transportation, logistics, critical infrastructure, etc.).Engage with prospects by phone, email, and in-person meetings to present Orasio’s value proposition.Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, demos, negotiation, and contract closing.Build trust-based relationships with clients and act as their main point of contact during pre-sales.Coordinate with internal teams (product, legal, delivery) to ensure client expectations are aligned and achievable.Maintain a solid understanding of data protection and public sector compliance (training provided).Track all sales activities in the CRM and provide accurate forecasts.Ideal Profile1-3 years of experience in direct B2B sales or business development, ideally in tech, public sector, SaaS, or complex solutions.Comfortable reaching out to new clients independently and managing a sales pipeline.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to speak clearly with technical and non-technical contacts.Driven, curious, and resourceful—able to learn quickly and thrive in a client-facing role.Interest in public sector sales, security, or technology with impact.Basic awareness of GDPR and compliance (training provided).Fluent in French and English.Willing to travel within the region to meet clients on-site when needed.What We OfferAt Orasio, you’ll join a team of passionate professionals tackling meaningful, high-impact challenges at the intersection of AI, security, and European sovereignty.
