Overview We are looking for our new Account Executive with a track record of surpassing quotas, and if you have had the success of selling complex integration software solutions, you’re the ideal candidate. As an integral part of our team, you’ll be at the forefront of selling our industry‑leading MFT, API, and Cloud SaaS products, enabling businesses to revolutionize their operations. Responsibilities Revenue achievement Setting and implementing strategic plans to address named customer needs. Tactical sales plans to work on key client projects and to close deals on time. Forecasting. Building a full Axway customer approach including Sales, Services, Presales and Support. Achieving quarterly and yearly License, Cloud and Services revenue. Working to sign new logos and to generate new opportunities through the development of a solid partner ecosystem and marketing initiatives. Becoming a trusted adviser of key executives in the account. Bringing a vision into the accounts, meeting executives and contributing to customer digital transformation. Leveraging insight of business issues and industry trends. Capitalizing on influential forces in customer organizations. Building a network of stakeholders at all levels and establishing strong & sustainable relationships with key executives and decision makers in strategic accounts. Articulating value proposition and understanding the power map on each opportunity. Developing a strong customer satisfaction culture. Engaging customers to participate or witness in Axway events. Safeguarding Axway and customer data through compliance with Axway policies and the appropriate use of Axway equipment and facilities. Qualifications Strong, dynamic, determined and customer‑oriented personality with power of endurance. Hunter, always willing to extend his footprint and grow revenue. Strong general business culture (industry trends, enterprise organization, departmental roles, etc.). Passionate about developing long‑term & high‑level customer & partner relations. Expert in achieving revenue goals with a rigor based on measurable and ambitious indicators (Excellent in Execution). Ability to work as a sales leader to motivate and engage Axway presales, services, marketing, partner and support teams in customers’ projects. Ability to work with a large ecosystem of partners, ISVs, etc. Enjoy working in trust and autonomy with a high‑level sense of ethics & responsibility. Capacity for teamwork and to inspire positive behaviors. Excellent communication skills (oral & written). Degree level or equivalent: Master in business administration, Engineering, Business Informatics, or similar. 5+ years’ experience in B2B Software Solution Sales to large enterprises is mandatory. Experience in selling middleware or integration software is mandatory. Experience in on‑premise & Cloud/SaaS‑based software solutions sales, ERP and business application and/or Middleware sector is desirable. Good English language skills.
