We are looking for our new Account Executive with a track record of surpassing quotas, and if you have had the success of selling complex integration software solutions, you're the ideal candidate we're looking for Your expertise and dedication will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, empowering our clients, and shaping the future of the digital landscape. As an integral part of our team, you'll be at the forefront of selling our industry leading MFT, API, and Cloud SaaS products, enabling businesses to revolutionize their operations. Responsibilities:
To consolidate the French Sales team, we are looking for a Senior Sales Account Executive who will take care of an existing named large accounts list.
You will be responsible of managing a territory of large accounts, existing customers and target accounts.
Revenue achievement
Setting and implementing Strategic plans to address named customer needs.
- Tactical sales plans to work on key client projects and to close deals on time
- Forecast
- Building full Axway customers approach including Sales, Services, Presales and Support
- Achieving quarterly and yearly License, Cloud and Services revenue
Working to sign new logos and to generate new opportunities thru the development of a solid partner's ecosystem and marketing initiatives.
Customer Relationships
Become a trusted adviser of key execs in the account
- Bring a vision into the accounts, to meet exec and to contribute to customer digital transformation
- Leverage insight of business issues and industry trends
- Capitalize on influential forces in customer organizations
- Build network of stakeholder at all level and establish strong & sustainable relationships with key executives and decision makers in strategic accounts
- Articulate value proposition and understand the power map on each opportunity
- Developing a strong customer satisfaction culture
- Engaging customers to participate or witness in Axway events
- Safeguard Axway and Axway customer data through compliance with Axway policies and the appropriate use of Axway equipment and facilities
Qualifications:
- Strong, dynamic, determined and customer-oriented personality with power of endurance
- Hunter, always willing to extend his footprint and to grow the revenue
- Strong general business culture (industry trends, enterprise organization, dept role...)
- Passionate about developing long-term & high-level customer & partner relations
- Expert to achieve revenue goals with a rigor based on measurable and ambition indicators (Excellent in Execution)
- Ability to work as a sales leader to motivate and engage Axway presales, services, marketing, partner and support teams in customers projects.
- Ability to work with a large ecosystem of partners, ISV...
- Enjoy working in trust and autonomy with a high-level sense of ethic & responsibility.
- Capacity for teamwork and to inspire positive behaviors
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
- Degree level or equivalent: Master in business administration, Engineering, Business Informatics or similar
- 5+ years' experience in B2B Software Solution Sales to Large Enterprises is mandatory.
- Experience in selling middleware or integration software is mandatory
- Experiences in on premise & Cloud/SaaS based software solutions sales, ERP and business application and/or Middleware sector are desirable
- Good English language skills
