Tech & Product Recruiter (xfm)

Doctolib is looking for a Tech & Product Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team in Berlin. You will be a key player to ensure we achieve our ambitious hiring goals while helping us to re‑shape how we think work and collaborate. You will advise and collaborate with the Engineering & Product leaders to ensure hiring excellency while attracting the best talent. What you’ll do You will recruit top tech talents who are critical to ensuring Doctolib delivers an ambitious product roadmap to transform healthcare. You will be a recruitment expert that drives our TA Tech teams talent attraction strategies; from building sourcing strategies to mastering closing. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment life cycle including stakeholder briefing, sourcing, assessment & closing. You will develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to proactively identify and engage passive tech talent. You will build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through strategic networking, Boolean searches and leveraging both traditional and innovative sourcing channels. You will drive expectation‑setting conversations while leveraging data to be a strategic talent partner to our tech leaders. You will be an advocate for your candidates ensuring they have the best candidate experience. You will focus on recruitment operational excellence by leveraging our tools to enhance your metrics on quality of hire, candidate experience and time to hire. Who you are If you don’t meet all the requirements below but believe this opportunity matches your expectations and experience we still encourage you to apply You have at least 5 years of experience as a technical recruiter in a fast‑growing or scale‑up environment. You have worked with a high‑growth staff plan in a KPI‑driven environment. You have proven experience with direct talent sourcing techniques and tools. You have excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate both verbally and in writing a compelling vision. You have experience collaborating and influencing tech and product leaders. You have strong problem‑solving skills with a solutions‑first approach. You have a user‑first attitude with the ability to listen to and understand the needs & perspectives of stakeholders. You have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to transform healthcare. Full proficiency in English; German or French language skills are a plus.
