Want to join the ride? Responsibilities Ensure that the execution of orders complies with Wärtsilä Group procedures, standards, and processes in a safe and cost‑effective manner. Lead the cross‑functional team in charge of the orders and act as the guarantor of understanding and compliance with contractual requirements. Manage contractual administration: milestones, deliverables, acceptances, invoicing, payments, and handle contractual deviations (notifications, correspondence, analyses). Analyze and manage risks and opportunities related to the contract. Ensure communication and contractual reporting within the various internal entities. Maintain a strong client relationship (follow‑up meetings, coordination). Coordinate the supply of necessary components with stakeholders (purchasing, supply chain, quality, documentation). Monitor and manage amendments related to the execution of orders. Qualifications Education: Generalist engineer or equivalent. Experience: Project manager with experience in order management and supply chain. Key skills: Ability to manage complex and multitasking projects. Strong analytical and synthesis skills, sense of priorities. Dynamic, autonomous, able to challenge and follow through on tasks. Languages: Professional French and English. Mobility: Travel up to 20%.
